Monday, Wednesday & Friday 5am-6am

STRENGTH & CONDITIONING

Strength & Conditioning is a 60 minute mindful weight practice of the day that incorporates programmed strength training and accessory/conditioning work in rotating stations. Split into Upper Body, Lower Body and Full Body sessions using barbells, dumbbells, kettlebells and all gym equipment.

Monday Lower 9:30am and 5:00pm, Wednesday Upper 9:30am and 5:00pm, Friday Full Body 9:30 and Saturday 8:30am Bootcamp (Full Body)

HIIT STRENGTH

HIIT Strength is a 45 minute blast of a high energy full body weighted workout utilizing dumbbells and the Tabata's method that will burn calories, build muscle, and leave you feeling amazing.

Tuesday 9:30am and 5:00pm, Thursday 9:30am and 5:00pm, Friday 5:00pm

MORNING MUSCLE

Morning Muscle is a 60 minute dumbbell class incorporating cardio and methodical movement. Focused on building strength, toning muscles, and burning calories with proper form and an emphasis on the mind body connection. Each class is different but total body focused.

Monday-Thursday 6:05am, Friday 6:30am

All classes are beginner friendly and open to all ages and abilities!
